Round 8 - the top begins to thin out but the bottom of this league is a complete mess.
Robert Morris 2009-2010 80 Wright State 2017-2018 86
Wright State picks up it's second win against the Colonials. Both teams shot above 48 percent from the field, Wright state's free throw shooting put them over the edge (76% to 52%). Love continues to get double doubles with 13 boards and 19 points.
Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 65 Youngstown State 2019-2020 70
If Dickie V was in the arena after this one, he probably would say something along the lines YSU is heating up after winning 2 in a row now. Tomorrow they will play Wright State, a potential 3 game winning streak for a team who was win less. Both teams shot a miserable 35 percent from the field. LaMarcus Lowe (Det) had 6 swats in the game, but unfortunately all the aggressive play out of Detroit converted to more fouls which was enough to get YSU the win.
Oakland 2010-2011 96 Cleveland State 2008-2009 85
Oakland defended their home court in a high scoring affair against CSU, with a personal season high of 30 coming from Benson.
IUPUI 2002-2003 79 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 81
The end of this game was not for the feint of hearts. Murray hit a 13' jumper with 10 seconds left to put IUPUI up 79-78, but it would be Drew Mcdonald having the last word in this one. The 6'8" center posted up in the corner and nailed a 3 as time expired. He finished the game with 22 points and 16 monster rebounds.
PFW 2015-2016 72 Milwaukee 2004-2005 57
Milwauke put all their attention taking down Green Bay yesterday, they came in this one well unprepared. PFW but the defensive clamp, holding Milwaukee to just 35 percent shooting from the field. Mo Evans led his team with 18 points.
UIC 2003-2004 55 Green Bay 2013-2014 89
The battle of the top...wasn't much of a battle, more of a route. UIC had been squeaking by with their wins lately hit a brick wall. Green Bay had 6 players with double digit scoring with 54 percent shooting from the field and 64 percent from behind the arc. UIC had 20 turnovers as this game was just ugly.
Green Bay 2013-2014 7 1 Oakland 2010-2011 7 1 UIC 2003-2004 6 2 Milwaukee 2004-2005 5 3 Cleveland State 2008-2009 4 4 PFW 2015-2016 4 4 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 4 4 Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 3 5 Robert Morris 2009-2010 2 6 IUPUI 2002-2003 2 6 Wright State 2017-2018 2 6 Youngstown State 2019-2020 2 6
Green Bay looks like the team to beat, Oakland looks very solid tied in first with them. I have a feeling the bottom of this conference is going to make it difficult for me to determine seeding at the end of the season.

I'm glad GB was changed to the 13-14 team, that seems to be paying off! Of course they lost to Milwaukee just to repeat history!!!

I was excited for the Wright State game today, hoping we wouldn't be the worst team in the battle for the bottom. The day turned out to be crazy.
Wright State 2017-2018 77 Youngstown State 2019-2020 74
WSU wins in a strange day where Love ties his career low in rebounds of only 7 on the day. Parker put WSU up by 3 with 35 seconds left on the clock. Simons would miss a 3 point with 18 seconds left, Thomas gets the off board, kicks it out to Cathcart who clanks a 3 with 11 seconds. Simmons would get yet another offensive rebound, dribbles back out only to come up short with a last second 3 trying to tie the game.
Robert Morris 2009-2010 65 Cleveland State 2008-2009 74
CSU wins on the road with 4 of their 5 starters scoring in double digits. Abraham had 23 for RMU but poor shooting from the field (37%) dooms the Colonials. Cedric Jackson had a league high of 8 steals in this game and continues to lead the lead in picks with 31 on the season.
Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 75 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 66
Detroit gave up on shots behind the arc this game, they went 1-13. Free Throws are what won this game, Detroit went 24-30 compared to 7-15 from NKU. I'm sure a lot of Norse fans aren't happy with the refs after this one. Drew Mcdonald finished with a double double with another 16 rebound game and 14 points. This should put him on top of rebounds for the season at this point.
Oakland 2010-2011 85 Milwaukee 2004-2005 68
After beating Green Bay, Milwaukee has lost by 15+ points the following 2 games. Oakland is now the front runner of this conference and all eyes are on Keith Benson. He had a quiet double double with 12 boards and 12 points.
IUPUI 2002-2003 73 Green Bay 2013-2014 66
I jinxed Green Bay, in my mind i had them finishing the first half of the split 3-0 and then Ooey Pooey happened. They shot 50 pct from behind the arc, which makes any team hard to beat. Odell Bradley had a rare good game scoring 20 points, the most for him this season to date. Paired with Sykes having a cold day shooting only 4-12 in the field, I don't expect this to be a regular occurrence.
PFW 2015-2016 85 UIC 2003-2004 74
The slump for the flames continue, they've only won 2 of their last 5 games, one of those only by 1 point. Mo had 21 points, Max had 18 for PFW as the Mastodons continues to put up good offensive numbers.
Oakland 2010-2011 8 1 Green Bay 2013-2014 7 2 UIC 2003-2004 6 3 Milwaukee 2004-2005 5 4 Cleveland State 2008-2009 5 4 PFW 2015-2016 5 4 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 4 5 Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 4 5 IUPUI 2002-2003 3 6 Wright State 2017-2018 3 6 Robert Morris 2009-2010 2 7 Youngstown State 2019-2020 2 7
The battle for 4th place now is intriguing, the last bye spot in the tournament now seems open season for grabs. I'll be taking the weekend off again, next week will bring some good games, UIC vs Oakland, IUPUI vs PFW rivalry, NKU vs WSU rivalry all to wrap up the first round of the double round robin.

Random Stat after this round: Karon Abraham is the 4th player to top the most points category for the season. Round 1 - Ed Mccants (Milwaukee) Round 2-7 Keifer Sykes (GB) Round 8 Keith Benson (Oak) Round 9 Karon Abraham (RMU). It feels like hes in a similar situation as Davis is now in Detroit.

It doesn't matter what era, I will just have to accept GB will never consistently beat IUPUI...

Cleveland State 2008-2009 75 Wright State 2017-2018 65 Wright State's 2 game win streak comes to a quick end on the road in this one. Cleveland State played a physical game and kept bodies on love to keep him to 2 points for the game. Bullock led his team with a double double with 11 rebounds and 12 points.
Youngstown State 2019-2020 74 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 96
Dantez Walton had a break out game and scored 23 points. NKU had 4 starters finish in double digits in this game shooting 53 percent from the field.
Robert Morris 2009-2010 70 Milwaukee 2004-2005 71
Milwaukee sneaks out a win on the road at Robert Morris. Robert Morris trailed by 8 at half time and fought back to come up short. Abraham had a rare bad game scoring only 8 points and shooting a miserable 1-7 behind the arc. McCants led Milwaukee with 18.
Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 70 Green Bay 2013-2014 59
Sykes was a one man team as Green Bay has now dropped 3 of their last 4 games. He scored 25 points and had 7 boards, but no assists to be had. Alec Brown had only 8 points in 1 for 9 shooting from the field. Eli Holman had a double double with 12 boards and 14 points.
Oakland 2010-2011 99 UIC 2003-2004 61
It's starting to feel like Oakland might run away with the rest of the season as they crush UIC at home. Benson and Hudson both finish with double doubles both scoring 18. Bader led in points with 20. Just too many weapons for Banks to contend with as he finished with 16.
IUPUI 2002-2003 78 PFW 2015-2016 86
Fort Wayne takes the first round of the battle of the Hoosier state. IUPUI had 5 players in double digit scoring but Max Landis carried his team with 24 points.
Oakland 2010-2011 9 1 Green Bay 2013-2014 7 3 UIC 2003-2004 6 4 Milwaukee 2004-2005 6 4 Cleveland State 2008-2009 6 4 PFW 2015-2016 6 4 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 5 5 Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 5 5 IUPUI 2002-2003 3 7 Wright State 2017-2018 3 7 Robert Morris 2009-2010 2 8 Youngstown State 2019-2020 2 8
One round left before the half way point. Green Bay may be Horizon's only hope to knock off Oakland, but looking at their game play as of late, they may not even get the chance. Oakland still has to play on the road at Milwaukee and UIC so there might be a couple chances of upsets there. I was thinking of putting in some of the older Horizon league teams into the simulator as well but was afraid Butler would run away with it pretty easily. If Oakland wins out, i'll regret not doing it, lol. It's probably a little too early to be worried about lack of competition at the top still.

Round 11 - Half Way Point This has been more work than I thought it would be. It's been giving me something to look forward to every morning though, so i'm good with it Wright State 2017-2018 91 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 75 Wright State finishes the first half with a win over rival NKU. The rare high scoring affair by WSU came from 54 percent shooting from the field and Grant led them with 20 points. Cleveland State 2008-2009 80 Milwaukee 2004-2005 75 Bullock and Jackson both finished with 20 as Cleveland State defended its home court to visiting Milwaukee. Milwaukee had Tigret, Tucker, and Hill all with 4 fouls which probably led to softer defense in the 2nd half allowing Clevland state to come from behind and score a crazy 53 points in the 2nd half. Adrian Tigret still had an amazing game with 22 points and 9 boards. Youngstown State 2019-2020 64 Green Bay 2013-2014 73 If you need to halt a skid, nothing beats playing YSU. Sykes and Brown both put in 19 a piece, and green bay shot a 18-20 from the free throw line. Robert Morris 2009-2010 51 UIC 2003-2004 73 UIC also took the day to make sure to finish the first half on a high note. Cedrick Banks had a season high of 31 points, 1 short of tieing the record held by their opponents Karon Abraham who had a quiet game of only 9 points. RMU was held to only 30 percent shooting from the field, this is the defense that UIC needs to bring to climb back to the top in the 2nd half. Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 90 PFW 2015-2016 84 Probably my game of the day, Detroit currently is back on the rise as Detroit had 6 players score in double digits as Ray McCallum led the charge with 18. Mo had 23 in the Fort Wayne loss. Oakland 2010-2011 89 IUPUI 2002-2003 82 A closer than expected game IUPUI outscored Oakland in the 2nd half but it wasn't enough to make up for the 9 point first half deficit. Bradley for IUPUI has continued to play well scoring 22 and Josh Murray had 26 but wasn't enough to overcome the firepower of that which is Oakland. Reggie Hamilton led Oakland with 23, 10 which came from 10-10 shooting at the free throw line. Hudson had 16 and had to leave the game early after committing 5 fouls. Oakland's bench made the difference with 14 points coming from Larry Wright. Will update the stats and post league leaders and potential MVPs in a bit. I thought Milwaukee would be better, sitting at 6-5, i'm not impressed. Cleveland State has been my biggest surprised, Norris Cole hasn't even been the star of this team, but they continue to quietly win games and make their way up in the standings. The simulator has been pretty good, I feel it slightly favors more offensive teams as contending shots is a hard statistic to add in. I don't think my raiders have a shot, they haven't won any big games yet, at best i think they might get 1 win in the tournament and be done. Oakland 2010-2011 10 1 Green Bay 2013-2014 8 3 UIC 2003-2004 7 4 Cleveland State 2008-2009 7 4 Milwaukee 2004-2005 6 5 PFW 2015-2016 6 5 Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 6 5 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 5 6 Wright State 2017-2018 4 7 IUPUI 2002-2003 3 8 Robert Morris 2009-2010 2 9 Youngstown State 2019-2020 2 9

Half Way Season Stats - Will be updating this post throughout the day Scoring 1 Keifer Sykes 13-14 Green Bay 211 points 2 Keith Benson 10-11 Oakland 210 points 3 Cedrick Banks 03-04 UIC 205 points 4 Mo Evans 15-16 IPFW 204 points 5 Karon Abraham 09-10 RMU 196 points The race for scoring is wide open. I think anyone in the top 5 easily could win this race. Karon Abraham holds the single game record this season of 32 points. Banks & Benson have both had 30+ scoring games. Rebounds 1 Loudoun Love 17-18 Wright State 119 2 Elli Holman 11-12 Detroit 113 3 Drew McDonald 18-19 Northern Kentucky 112 4 Keith Benson 10-11 Oakland 111 5 Jordan Fouse 13-14 Green Bay 100 5 John Konchar 15-16 IPFW 100 Grabbing boards for the longest time was a 2 man race between Love & McDonald but their lead has been trimmed down by handful of others. Eli Holman continues to put up big numbers coming off the bench.
Assists
1 Martell Bailey 03-04 UIC 81 2 Reggie Hamilton 10-11 Oakland 66 3 Cedric Jackson 08-09 Cleveland State 53 3 Keifer Sykes 13-14 Green Bay 53 5 Matt Crenshaw 02-03 IUPUI 52
Martell Bailey is the setup master and it's not even close. Though UIC can't consistently win, they can consistently depend on Bailey dishing out assists. Hamilton & Jackson can put up big numbers on occasions in the assist category, but they can't do it regulary as Bailey has.
Blocks
1 Keith Benson 10-11 Oakland 37 2 Alec Brown 13-14 Green Bay 34 3 LaMarcus Lowe 11-12 Detroit 18 4 Brent Calhoun 15-16 IPFW 16 5 Eli Holman 11-12 Detroit 15 5 Will Hudson 10-11 Oakland 15
King Swatter has been a two man race between Benson and Brown. Outside of that it's been quiet, and kind of hard to track as they are the only one who regularly gets above 2 swats a game.
1 Cedric Jackson 08-09 Cleveland State 34 2 Jordan Fouse 13-14 Green Bay 28 3 Martel Bailey 03-04 UIC 24 4 Marcus May 02-03 IUPUI 23 4 Ray McCallum 11-12 Detroit 23
Cleveland State's Jackson has a bit of a lead over Green Bay's Fouse in the pick pocket category, but i wouldn't say it's insurmountable yet.
I would say overall Benson is front runner for MVP, his to lose at this point. Sykes, Cedrick Banks would be his competitors with maybe Cedrick Jackson and Mo Evans as dark horses. Who knows though, maybe something changes in the 2nd half, after all we are the Horizon League.

Round 12
Today's games didn't really have any surprises as the picture slowly becomes clear of what post season may look like.
Milwaukee 2004-2005 86 Wright State 2017-2018 65
Milwaukee handles WSU with comfort on its home court. They were already up 15 by half and never really let the game get close. McCants led the team with 22, Tucker had a double double with 18 points and 10 boards. The panthers shot 50 pct from behind the arc.
Green Bay 2013-2014 78 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 69
Green Bay also wins handly at home, behind a surprising break out performance from Carrington Love who had 19 on the day. Alec Brown finishes with a double double with 18 points and 12 boards. Drew McDonald finished with another monster 16 rebound game, third time this season.
UIC 2003-2004 76 Cleveland State 2008-2009 64
Cedrick Banks had 29 in UIC's route at home against CSU. It took a monster 2nd half performance from UIC to win it though as they trailed by 6 at half to outscore their opponents 45-27 in the second half.
PFW 2015-2016 84 Youngstown State 2019-2020 81
The only real close game of the day, YSU led with a little over 3 minutes left in the game but then Fort Wayne went on a shooting spree and never relinquished the lead. Max Landis finished with 26 points and made 9 of 10 free throws. PFW continues to remain in the chase for the 4th place and final bye of the Horizon League tournament.
IUPUI 2002-2003 63 Robert Morris 2009-2010 75
This game was the only game i felt could go either way, and Robert Morris took it to IUPUI on the road. IUPUI Chris Sanders scored 20 from off the bench in what probably was his career night of the season, but it wasn't enough to get his team back in the game. RMU had well rounded scoring from everyone on the team with 50 pct shooting from the field and 53 pct from behind the arc. The last 4 minutes was a miserable display of basketball as neither team could make much of anything and when they did it was from the free throw line.
Oakland 2010-2011 83 Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 72
Oakland takes the rivalry win on its home court as well. Reggie Hamilton stepped up in this one and scored 26. It's going to hit him in the assist stats, but I think Oakland fans will be pretty happy with this one. Chase Simon led Detroit with 18.
Oakland 2010-2011 11 1 Green Bay 2013-2014 9 3 UIC 2003-2004 8 4 Cleveland State 2008-2009 7 5 Milwaukee 2004-2005 7 5 PFW 2015-2016 7 5 Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 6 6 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 5 7 Wright State 2017-2018 4 8 IUPUI 2002-2003 3 9 Robert Morris 2009-2010 3 9 Youngstown State 2019-2020 2 10
Oakland is 4 games up now on the last teams competing for the bye spot and i don't see a world where they drop half of their remaining games, so they should feel pretty good about getting a bye. Everyone else has their work cut out for them. Bottom teams are probably not getting a bye as they would also have to win over half of their games to be in contention. The excitement in the 2nd half will definitely be coming from the middle pack teams.

Unlucky Round 13
Wright State 2017-2018 73 Green Bay 2013-2014 74
I'm heart broken after this loss. Green Bay's Sykes made 2 clutch free throws with 6 seconds on the clock, to have Grant Benzinger hit a 3 with time expiring. Green Bay's bench kept them in this game, Alfonzo McKinnie had 11 points in only 14 minutes of time on the court.
UIC 2003-2004 62 Milwaukee 2004-2005 69
Milwaukee takes it to UIC on the road and takes advantage of a team that was plagued by poor shooting from pretty much everywhere. McCants led in scoring with 23 points. UIC shot a miserable 2-15 from the arc and 6-13 from the charity stripe.
PFW 2015-2016 70 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 77
Northern Kentucky continued the win streak for road teams in a well rounded spectacle of scoring, all 5 starters finish in double digits of scoring. Mo and Max had a combine 45 points of Fort Wayne Scoring but Konchar had an off night and no one else from Fort Wayne stepped up.
IUPUI 2002-2003 73 Cleveland State 2008-2009 77
Cedrick Jackson continued the road charge to lead Cleveland State over IUPUI with 21 points. IUPUI finished with 5 players in double digits but still fell short in this one. It feels like their team is improving but they continue to come up short in games.
Oakland 2010-2011 108 Youngstown State 2019-2020 95
These teams decided against playing defense in this high scoring affair. Turnovers and poor foul shooting doomed YSU in this game, which surprisingly close between the top and bottom teams of the league. Reggie Hamilton broke the leagues record for the season with a whopping 34 points this game. 11-15 field goal shooting and 6-8 from behind the arc the man was on fire.
Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 75 Robert Morris 2009-2010 65
Detroit quietly handled Robert Morris in the last game of the day. Chase Simon finished the day with 16 points.
Oakland 2010-2011 12 1 Green Bay 2013-2014 10 3 UIC 2003-2004 8 5 Cleveland State 2008-2009 8 5 Milwaukee 2004-2005 8 5 PFW 2015-2016 7 6 Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 7 6 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 6 7 Wright State 2017-2018 4 9 IUPUI 2002-2003 3 10 Robert Morris 2009-2010 3 10 Youngstown State 2019-2020 2 11
Not much shuffling in the standings, Fort Wanye's loss was kind of a big deal for them dropping a game to a team below them. As a raider fan, it feels like we are hard stuck a 9th seed, probably going to end up playing NKU or Detroit, then having to play Oakland which is a terrible prospect. Losing by 1 to Green Bay gives me hope the team, could luckily string some wins together towards in the post season.

It looks like only 4 of the 12 rosters are from the last 5 years. So far only one of those teams is in the top half of the conference, PFW in 6th. The simulations validate the league has gotten a lot worse. For the NKU fans it should be eye opening that their best team really isn't that good.

UIC 2003-2004 73 Wright State 2017-2018 77 Wright State sneaks out of Chicago with a win today. Grant (10 Reb, 19 Points) and Love (12 Reb, 10 points) both end the day with double doubles. Wright States rebounding gave them the edge with a 40-30 rebound score over UIC. PFW 2015-2016 77 Green Bay 2013-2014 88 Sykes and Brown hard carried this game. Sykes with a Horizon League scoring record for the season to date with 39 points. Alec Brown finished with 22 which is a record high for him this season. Not only did they do it on the scoring side, but they did pretty well on defense too limiting both Mo and Max under 20 points each. A pretty physical game, both teams had 1 player foul out (Carrington Love, Brent Calhoun). IUPUI 2002-2003 88 Milwaukee 2004-2005 79 Both teams shot fairly well in this back and forth match and both sides had good scoring options from multiple players. Overall Josh Murray helped put his team over the Panthers on home turf finishing with 21 points 9 rebounds and 4 picks. Oakland 2010-2011 92 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 67 It's been mostly Hamilton and Benson lately, but today it was Will Hudson who finished leading his team with 25 points. Benson fouled out early but still had a double double with 11 Rebounds and 18 points. Tyler Sharpe had 20 in his teams loss to Oakland. Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 59 Cleveland State 2008-2009 75 Cleveland State showed no Mercy on the road, winning by 16 on the road. Bullock finishes the game with 20 points and 12 rebounds. Defense played a pivotal role as Detroit was held to just above 30 percent shooting from the field. Robert Morris 2009-2010 80 Youngstown State 2019-2020 64 The battle of the bottom Robert Morris defended home turf in dominating fashion. Quisenberry had 24 but the rest of the Penguins were pretty quiet from the day. Abraham had 15, Jones had 12 in RMU's win. Oakland 2010-2011 13 1 Green Bay 2013-2014 11 3 Cleveland State 2008-2009 9 5 UIC 2003-2004 8 6 Milwaukee 2004-2005 8 6 PFW 2015-2016 7 7 Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 7 7 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 6 8 Wright State 2017-2018 5 9 IUPUI 2002-2003 4 10 Robert Morris 2009-2010 4 10 Youngstown State 2019-2020 2 12 Good day for CSU. They are winning the games they should be winning. Oakland and GB's big win today sets up for the return game on Tuesday. Oakland will see if they can get the other half win on their home court. Could very well be close to a preview of the Horizon League finals. The difference between 4 & 5 isn't as big as i thought it once was, playing YSU is kind of like a bye. I'll be updating stats the rest of the morning, hope everyone has a safe Labor Day weekend. Week 15 - Home court advantage led to a lot of good games and some nice upsets.
Wright State 2017-2018 86 PFW 2015-2016 83
The Raiders piled on another loss to the slumping Mastadons. Fort Wayne was up 83-79 with a little over a minute in the game when Talla fouled Hughes who went 2/2 from the foul line. Benzinger then stole a pass and sent it ahead to Hughes for another 2 points to tie the game. Evans would miss a 3 point shot with 29 seconds to set up a final WSU possession. Good clock management Hall would knock down a corner 3 with 2 seconds left to seal the game. Mo Evans would finish with 27 points and 7 assists in his team loss. Love had 10 boards 16 points in the Raiders win.
IUPUI 2002-2003 78 UIC 2003-2004 70
UIC also now has a 3 game slump losing on the road to IUPUI. Depth continues to plague UIC as Banks had 22 and Williams had 14 and a pretty quiet day from the rest of the flames. The would shoot 4-15 from behind the arc. Mullins had 19 and 9 rebounds in IUPUI's win.
Oakland 2010-2011 80 Green Bay 2013-2014 65
Oakland get's its revenge game against Green Bay on it's home court. Both teams did very well on clamping down on shooters not allowing anyone to get super hot. Luckily for the Grizzlies their bench was a little bit better as they got 10 from Wright and 11 from Eackles.
Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 78 Milwaukee 2004-2005 81
Milwaukee got a very nice road win in Detroit in another close game for the day. Down by 3 at half, Milwaukee would catch fire behind the arch to get their lead back. Adrian Tigert made 4 clutch free throws at the end of the game to give them their 3 point lead. Simon and Anderson both put up 3 pointers at the closing seconds but failed to tie the game. McCants had a season high of 26 points.
Robert Morris 2009-2010 82 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 79
Third game of the day decided by 3, as RMU brings some hope to their fans with this win. Abraham, still not back to his MVP shape, scored 18 points. It was defense that won them this game, holding the norse to 40 pct shooting from the field and 37 pct from behind the arc. Langhurst scored 5 of his 13 points in the final minute of the game to pad RMU's lead enough to pull the win out.
Youngstown State 2019-2020 61 Cleveland State 2008-2009 75
Final game was the NE Ohio Horizon rivalry in a game that wasn't close. Norris Cole led his Vikings with 16 points and 6 assists in a 14 point victory on the road in Youngstown. YSU shot an awful 3-16 behind the arc. Naz Bohannon had 12 boards and 11 points in YSU's loss.
Oakland 2010-2011 14 1 Green Bay 2013-2014 11 4 Cleveland State 2008-2009 10 5 Milwaukee 2004-2005 9 6 UIC 2003-2004 8 7 PFW 2015-2016 7 8 Detroit Mercy 2011-2012 7 8 Northern Kentucky 2018-2019 6 9 Wright State 2017-2018 6 9 IUPUI 2002-2003 5 10 Robert Morris 2009-2010 5 10 Youngstown State 2019-2020 2 13
7 games left in the season. Most scenario's are still on the table for a bye but time is running out fast. I think Oakland has sealed regular season champion with it's win against GB. 2 random losses and GB winning out seems very small chance at this stage. Milwaukee looks like a good bet for the 4th spot as a lot of other middle of the pack teams are slumping. Detroit at UIC will be a big game tomorrow.

MVP race is probably between 4 guys at this point:
Keith Benson 10-11 Oakland 18.5 pts/G (3rd) 3.2 Blocks/G (1st) 10.5 Rebounds/G (3rd) Keifer Sykes 13-14 Green Bay 19.9 pts/G (1st) 4.9Assists/G (6th) 1.8 Steals/G (8th) Cedric Jackson 08-09 Cleveland State 8.0 Rebounds/G (10th) 5.1 Assists/G (4th) 3.1 Steals/G (1st) Cedrick Banks 03-04 UIC 19.7 pts/G (2nd) 1.8 Steals/G (8th)
I added Jackson into the race, though not a prolific scorer, he is giving solid contributions keeping CSU higher in the standings. No one curretly stands out to me in Milwaukee, as their team is pretty evenly contributing to it's success.
Most of the statistical standings individually are leveling off, with the exception of scoring. It continues to swing pretty widely on a daily basis. It seems like anyone in the top 8 in scoring right now still has a realistic shot at finishing at the top:
Keifer Sykes 13-14 Green Bay 298 19.9 Cedrick Banks 03-04 UIC 295 19.7 Keith Benson 10-11 Oakland 278 18.5 Mo Evans 15-16 IPFW 277 18.5 Reggie Hamilton 10-11 Oakland 275 18.3 Max Landis 15-16 IPFW 270 18.0 Ed McCants 04-05 Milwaukee 263 17.5 Karon Abraham 09-10 Robert Morris 255 17.0
