Chuck A, I would have to agree that was pretty good. I think I remember seeing something on Raider Nation ( one of WSU's message boards ) that had a post that said Murray State was #1 in the RPI before they even played a game. So, if the HL is 15th or 20th as a conference the first of the year then I would consider how it stacked up against last year and other leagues. But, other than a knee-jerk decision then I'd still want to see a 3 to 5 year average if I was deciding to jump leagues. Well, it's basically First of the year and Conference play is upon us. What say ye now tommyboy?

Not much to say, Chuck A. HL was 15th in NET on November 27th and according to post would have been 11th under RPI. Today we find the conference at 19th in NET or RPI. Teams looking to jump leagues would most likely come from lower rated leagues.
Would have to look how 19th compares to a year ago but, I don't feel like there has been any progress. Am looking forward to the season and I expect a bunch of competitive games.
Now that the HL is ready to start conference games, guess we are what we are as far as leagues ( and any possible appeal ).
